What You'll Do:
- Own projects from initial design through production delivery with significant autonomy.
- Build and optimize the core data syncing engine for large-scale data movement.
- Develop streaming capabilities for real-time syncing from sources such as webhooks and message queues.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 7 years of backend software engineering experience with deep distributed systems expertise.
- Production experience with Kafka, SQL databases, Kubernetes, Docker, and message queues.
- Strong systems design fundamentals and experience scaling systems through significant growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $180,000 to $320,000 USD annually.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
