Overview:
- Ocean Bank is seeking a Sr. Treasury Management Sales Representative to support business clients and internal partners.
- This role performs client interaction with product support, onboarding coordination, training, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Support Treasury Management sales and service activities, including client follow-up and implementation coordination.
- Provide technical support for services like Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, wire transfers, and online banking.
- Prepare reports and analyze activity related to product utilization and client enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required; 5+ years banking experience.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required; ability to travel to customer locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.
- Strong customer relationship skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Treasury Management platforms.
