Project Design & Estimator II

Role Overview:

• Advanced Drainage Systems is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions, recycling over half a billion pounds of plastic annually.
• We are seeking a Project Design & Estimator II to independently manage project services and support sales through technical design and quoting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess civil engineering plans to identify ADS product opportunities and create detailed bills of materials using BlueBeam and AutoCAD.
• Complete accurate quotes, meet service level agreements, and proactively resolve issues on material lists and plans.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and team members, while continuously improving processes and expanding product knowledge.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD preferred, plus the ability to read civil engineering plans.
