• Be the first point of contact for everything.
• Run customer meetings and owning all regular communications.
• Proactively communicate on status, performance, and opportunities.

Content Strategy:

• Work with editors to define content clusters that drive growth.
• Connect content production to business outcomes.
• Analyze performance and adjust course if needed.

Work Execution:

• Work with managing editors on production planning and quality.
• Brief in-house specialists with clear asks.
• Ensure deliverables stay on schedule and hit contractual volume targets.
