Kiavi is searching for a Sales Operations Analyst who can support all aspects of the day-to-day Sales function. This role is a mix of direct sales rep support, data integrity, tactical task execution, and task automation. The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented and comfortable getting in the weeds, but is always looking for ways to create efficiencies. You will join a team of stellar Sales and Marketing Operations analysts, and work closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user support, owning daily and weekly operations, identifying areas for improvement, maintaining documentation, assisting with sales tool setup, creating reports and dashboards, and supporting the hygiene and administration of Salesforce.
