About the role:
- This is a field-based sales position covering a long-term care territory near Louisville, KY.
- Operate with autonomy and travel up to 80%, including overnight stays and occasional after-hours work.
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing facility decision-makers.
- Deliver compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education tailored to customer needs.
- Execute quarterly territory business plans and leverage data to maximize reach and impact.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of healthcare sales experience for the Executive level.
- In-depth knowledge of neuroscience, LTC market dynamics, and payer systems.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and ability to travel independently by air.
