Responsibilities:
- Oversee the district onboarding process, ensuring projects are on track through collaboration with technical, training, and support teams.
- Facilitate kickoff calls to understand district goals and create aligned internal and external project plans.
- Own all communication, providing status updates and proactively identifying risks to escalate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management or customer success experience in a SaaS environment, with proven ability to manage 30+ projects on tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, high empathy, and experience in cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in EdTech, implementing SaaS products for K-12 schools, and familiarity with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, and Salesforce.
Contract Details:
- This is a short-term contract position from May 4 to September 30, requiring 40 hours per week in a remote setup with hours overlapping Americas time zones.
- The hourly rate in the United States ranges from $35 to $50, based on geographic location, experience, and skillset.
