Technical Recruiter

As Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for all engineering, product, and design roles (whether full-stack engineers, product managers, or designers) ensuring a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance. You will serve as a candidate's first impression of Runway, sharing our mission, values, and culture in ways that inspire them to engage with us. You will track key recruiting metrics and leverage data to measure effectiveness, pipeline health, forecast hiring needs, and drive continuous improvement in hiring strategies. You will also source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies, leveraging advanced search techniques, technical communities, and diverse sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines. It also includes building long-term relationships with candidates and technical communities, creating ongoing pipelines for future hiring needs. Also, You will continue Runway's commitment to a diverse team by supporting inclusive sourcing practices.
