Role Overview:
- Responsible for owning and executing the outbound motion from the ground up, mostly through Outreach.io.
- Runs end-to-end processes, thinks critically, diagnoses issues, and aligns with sales.
- Ensures outbound is a trusted, sales-adopted engine for pipeline creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end outbound strategy including sequence design, messaging, targeting, and cadence across all GTM motions.
- Build formal intake and feedback loops for sales and marketing alignment.
- Manage Outreach platform and contractor resources, ensuring sequences are technically sound and easy for reps to execute.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in outbound or sales development marketing with direct experience managing tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
- Strong relationship-building instincts with sales leadership and data-driven mindset.
- B2B SaaS or MSP/channel experience is a strong plus.
