Job Description

A highly skilled, full-time Virtual Assistant is urgently needed to join the team. This long-term role is the primary customer-facing position, providing multi-channel technical support for real-time GPS Tracking hardware and software services (Internet of Things / IoT devices). The company is seeking a candidate with a strong background in customer service and technical troubleshooting who can commit to a fixed night shift schedule (US hours). The role involves handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls and real-time chat for device troubleshooting, account issues, and general inquiries. It also requires diagnosing and resolving issues related to GPS device connectivity, activation, geo-fencing, and IoT application errors. Additionally, the role includes processing new subscriptions, cancellations, billing disputes, and account updates using Freshdesk CRM.
