Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney, MVA plays a vital role in assisting with reductions and settlement negotiations for motor vehicle accident and third-party liability accounts. Working under the guidance of senior attorneys, the Associate Attorney supports case management and claim resolution. This position advocates for the maximum possible reimbursement on behalf of EnableComp's clients. Responsibilities include reduction requests, settlement negotiations, payment fulfillment, legal research, evidence gathering, and case strategy development. Thorough communication with internal and external clients, preparation of liability questionnaires, and resolution of documentation requests are required. The Associate Attorney, MVA should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
