Assist our internal support team with technical product and service requests from customers. This role requires Web Design competency. A Customer Support Specialist’s responsibilities include executing technical website requests, recommending solutions and guiding internal teams through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be knowledgeable with the latest web standards, a keen eye for tasteful design and be able to work with data sets. You should also be familiar with help desk software particularly Salesforce. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support for our launched/live clients.
