Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives across the supply chain.
- Engage deeply with senior leadership and stakeholders to define clear project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Provide oversight on the technical execution of AI projects, including system architecture and software development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 7 years of program management experience.
- Extensive experience in program management, particularly in large-scale AI or technology-driven supply chain initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application within supply chain management.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with Danaher's business model and commercial activities.
- Proficiency in applying DBS tools to support strategy development, planning, and performance tracking.
- Previous experience in adjacent business domains such as Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain management, etc
