Area Business Manager - Atrruby (West)

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a consistent, on-the-ground presence across the assigned area, acting as a direct extension of the field.
• Lead TSS-only intel calls and deep-dive into individual accounts and prescribers to surface account-level detail.
• Track and analyze new patients written within the area and synthesize field insights including competitive intelligence.

Where You'll Work:

• This is a field-based position in the West region, requiring extensive travel across the area.
• You will work remotely but be embedded in the field to build relationships and gather insights.

Who You Are:

• You bring 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with rare disease or specialty preferred.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate on-the-ground observations into actionable leadership insights.
• You excel at influencing without authority and operating autonomously across a large geography.
