Technical Account Manager

The TAM team is hiring for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies to provide guidance to both new and existing customers specifically about AWS technologies, services, and offerings. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other Rackspace teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions utilizing various public cloud services. Ultimately, you’ll be assisting customers in rethinking their technical platforms and application landscapes, promoting the adoption of cloud-native technologies, and driving innovation within their business. In this role, you will conduct implementation calls, present proposals, understand invoicing, escalate issues, assess deficiencies, and act as the customer's primary technical advocate. Work with cloud engineers and stakeholders to translate objectives into solutions and provide ongoing support ensuring AWS cloud efficiency.
