The Role:

• We are seeking a Director, Acquisition to own Meta and TikTok as acquisition channels.
• This role sits at the center of Growth's paid social investment, architecting campaign structure and scaling spend efficiently.
• You will manage CAC, blended MER, and ROAS, and partner with retention to align acquisition with high-LTV cohorts.

What You'll Do:

• Scale paid social programs on Meta and TikTok, owning strategy, creative testing, and scaling roadmap.
• Build tight feedback loops between media performance and creative production to beat ad fatigue.
• Manage financial oversight and use attribution data to set aggressive but achievable return targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record scaling paid social spend to multi-million-dollar monthly budgets for DTC/subscription or CPG brands.
• Deep platform mastery of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• 6–10+ years in performance/paid social marketing with a strong analytical mindset and leadership skills.
