Director, Acquisition US Marketing

Accountabilities:

• Own the strategy, execution, testing, and scaling roadmap for Meta and TikTok paid social programs.
• Partner with external agencies and media buyers to architect campaign structures and optimization processes.
• Direct agency performance to ensure media investments align with acquisition targets and growth priorities.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social within high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success scaling paid social to multi-million-dollar monthly budgets for DTC or CPG brands.
• Deep technical expertise with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign architecture and scaling.
