Job Description
The Compensation Specialist supports the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, helping drive fairness, equality, and consistency within the organization. This role serves as a partner to business leaders, providing support in job description creation, market data analysis, job leveling, org design and internal equity. Main responsibilities include evaluating jobs, maintaining job descriptions and position control, as well as benchmarking internal jobs to salary survey data. The specialist also assists with internal salary analysis on incumbents and candidates to ensure equity among peers and resolve compensation challenges.
