About the Role:
- Every interaction a patient has generates data, and you'll own the systems that turn that data into timely outreach.
- You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to ensure customer data is accurate and available in Customer.io.
What You'll Do:
- Learn the full stack of systems supporting the customer journey, including Shopify, Zoho CRM, and Customer.io.
- Identify customer events and design the data flows that trigger personalized lifecycle communications.
- Own data availability in Customer.io and troubleshoot integrations to ensure reliability.
What You Bring To The Role:
- Zero to three years of experience in Product, Solutions Engineering, or marketing technology.
- Technical aptitude with APIs, JSON, and webhooks, plus a builder mindset for solving cross-platform problems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate between technical and business teams.
