Job Description
This role involves understanding customers' challenges and solving them with Panopto's technology, using business judgment to build strategic relationships with stakeholders. Exceeding sales targets by driving new opportunities and expanding existing accounts is a must, as well as developing expertise on Panopto's complex platform to address customer pain points. Moreover, building lasting relationships with customers and partnering with the Account Management team to ensure high satisfaction are crucial, requiring passion, self-motivation, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
