Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiation and drafting of customer and vendor agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.
  • Improve the existing contracts playbook by identifying gaps and clarifying fallback positions.
  • Enhance the contracts function through better alignment of people, processes, and technology.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of commercial contracts experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to create or improve templates and playbooks.
  • JD and active license required, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Performance Metrics:

  • Contracts operate with high autonomy, with standard deals handled efficiently by staff.
  • The balance between risk protection and deal speed is optimized.
  • Cycle time metrics have materially improved and are visible to leadership.
