Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee and oversees the IOC grant giving program.
  • Participates in the Coaching Leaders Group and leads the research strategy and scientific agenda.
  • Conducts scientific review, mentors research fellows, and translates findings for educational programming.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in a discipline within the scope of coaching and the academic mission of Harvard Faculty of Medicine.
  • Minimum of 5 years of research experience, including regulatory, scientific, and dissemination activities.
  • Prior experience with supervision or mentorship of research trainees; faculty eligibility possible.

Additional Details:

  • Time commitment includes monthly CLG meetings, Scientific Advisory Committee meetings, and grant review cycles.
  • Ongoing collaboration with McLean/MGB Research leadership, Sr. Director, grant recipients, and philanthropic contributors.
