Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partner with hiring managers to identify and define talent needs required to drive company growth. Manage a high requisition load while maintaining a focus on candidate pre-boarding experience and retention. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications for our organization. Drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing your hiring managers the metrics they need. Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices. Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brand. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process and accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means.
