About the Role:
- Own the strategy and execution for the systems, workflows, and processes that power Mercury's revenue organization.
- Rebuild our revenue stack AI-first, both in what we ship and in how we build it.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take business problems, design solutions, and ship them fast, iterating in weeks, not quarters.
- Translate fluently between business and technical teams.
- Develop and leverage strong stakeholder relationships to drive impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years working in revenue systems, GTM systems, or revenue architecture.
- 5+ years managing teams and proven change leadership.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI into GTM systems and Salesforce fluency.
