Job Description
Act as the strategic and operational leader of our international insurance broker business development team. Build and Win Partnerships in all markets Eye Security is operating in: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, serving as one of two primary channels to sell our tech and insurance products in partnership with the CRO, and the further Sales and Marketing teams. Enhance partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by understanding the sweet spot and strategic nature of each partner relationship to develop relationships, business plans and enablement programs accordingly. Ensure commitment from the partners for revenue goals, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and identifying critical capabilities for GTM strategy and customer success. Focus on the best practices on strategic nature of the relationship to build long term value and sustainable success for the channel partners, geographical region, and EYE Security. Implement metrics that will measure progress towards the ultimate goal of new number of clients and revenue to demonstrate return on investment against the partner program budget. Provide hiring, leadership and development for the Broker team members in all Eye markets.
