Job Description
Own overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships. Enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights. Monitor client engagement and utilization of Conduitβs services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
