Conduit is seeking a Director of Banking Sales to drive commercial growth by selling our cross-border payments and infrastructure solutions to banks, from Tier 1 institutions to regional and community banks. You’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for the banking segment, creating sales materials, building tailored solution proposals, and working hand-in-hand with product, compliance, and engineering teams to design and implement bespoke cross-border payment flows.

Drive sales of our cross-border payments and banking infrastructure solutions to global fintechs, payment service providers, non-bank financial institutions, and other technology enterprises. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends deep industry knowledge, technical solutioning, and strategic sales execution. You’ll specifically own prospecting and pipeline generation—while working closely with solution design, contract negotiation, and implementation to deliver the most scalable and compliant cross-border payment solutions in the market.
