Conduit is seeking a Director of Banking Sales to drive commercial growth by selling our cross-border payments and infrastructure solutions to banks, including Tier 1 institutions to regional and community banks. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who understands how banks operate, has a strong existing network across the U.S. banking ecosystem, and can independently generate new opportunities and relationships. Youβll lead the go-to-market strategy for the banking segment, creating compelling sales materials, building tailored solution proposals, and working with product, compliance, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include owning the banking sales pipeline, building relationships, designing solutions, leading sales enablement, collaborating cross-functionally, guiding onboarding, driving business development, and representing Conduit externally at industry events.
