Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A

ServiceNow is seeking a talented and highly motivated attorney to join our M&A legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A. In this role, you will help evaluate, structure, negotiate, and successfully close M&A transactions and strategic investments to support ServiceNow’s rapid growth and product innovation. You will play a key role across the full transaction lifecycle—from early evaluation through closing and beyond—managing diligence and deal processes, negotiating agreements, and helping ensure that transactions large and small move rapidly and efficiently toward a successful close. As Senior Corporate Counsel, Legal – M&A, you will drive the successful execution of M&A transactions and strategic investments. Lead and/or assist in legal due diligence, identifying and documenting key risks and insights. Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents. Provide clear, practical, and timely legal guidance across the deal lifecycle.
