About the Role:

  • Lead custom recruitment strategy to reduce outsource costs and grow the M3 Global Research panel.
  • Assist team in introducing new recruitment options and improving gross profit on projects.
  • Monitor project execution and share audit reports for process enhancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, appraise, and develop staff to ensure effective work and KPI achievement.
  • Partner with the Panel team to focus on profitable audience segments.
  • Lead initiatives to develop social media outreach and digital strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in market research and 3 years in project management or fieldwork.
  • Minimum 2 years managing a staff of 3+ employees.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient recruitment and domestic/international market research projects.
