Responsibilities:
- Recruit respondents for interview
- Follow-up with respondants to confirm their attendance
- Conduct discussions around complex healthcare issues
Commitment to Projects:
- Meet your quotas and other deadlines
- Communicate with the project team immediately if you will not meet your mini-quota, quotas or other deadlines
Quality Control and Feedback:
- Calls are recorded for monitoring purposes
- Project teams will give feedback on recruiter performance
- Review of the feedback and quality control monitoring will be conducted by the Operations Manager
