Responsibilities include leading strategic discovery, architecting AI-native solutions, accelerating delivery with engineers, codifying best practices, driving alignment, advocating field insights, and enabling scale. Success is measured by delivering a solution-ready build, widespread reuse of assets, platform evolution, measurable gains in efficiency, and a trajectory towards scaled production deployment.
