Job Description
As an IT Ops Analyst (Support), you’ll be the go-to person for making technology work smoothly at 1Password. Reporting to our IT Ops Manager (Support), you’ll support your teammates with timely, thoughtful help. This involves resolving support tickets, enhancing workflows, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize internal tools. You will collaborate across various teams, guaranteeing that everyone can concentrate on their primary responsibilities with the assurance of secure, dependable, and well-maintained tech resources.
Your responsibilities include ad hoc support and service provisioning through the ticketing system, providing exceptional customer support that addresses issues and educates users, and efficiently prioritizing and managing multiple incoming requests while maintaining responsiveness. You will also collaborate on improving IT support processes, identifying gaps, documenting updates, and participating in team meetings to share insights and contribute to a psychologically safe environment, focusing on handling 15–20 support requests daily.
