Carrot is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team. Weβre looking for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong understanding of small to mid-sized business dynamics, and excels in building relationships with clients. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to refine our product offerings, and deliver outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will proactively identify and engage potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to close deals and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. You will act as a consultative partner to MM clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions that address their specific needs. You will lead discovery calls, deliver customized demos, and present compelling proposals to prospective customers, ensuring that prospects understand the strengths and benefits of our offerings.
