Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases and translate them into well-defined projects, including proposals and Statements of Work.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring execution on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
Manage comprehensive project plans and related artifacts to ensure successful delivery and compliance with contractual and financial targets.

Growth and Impact:

Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases, new stakeholders, and additional datasets where Snorkel can deliver outsized value.
Serve as the primary interface between client C-suite, Snorkel's technical teams, and Snorkel leadership, orchestrating multiple workstreams for integrated outcomes.
Develop and continuously refine best practices, templates, and delivery frameworks to make engagements scalable and repeatable.

Qualifications:

5+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success).
Strong background in project delivery and collaborative problem-solving, ideally within AI/ML initiatives.
Proven ability to understand client objectives, design solutions, and identify value-aligned growth opportunities.
Active TS security clearance required.
