Job Description
This highly hands on role requires an understanding of systems and processes, what makes good talent, research and analytics while harnessing the power of collaboration and interpersonal relationships. As TA Agent, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and be accountable for managing the end to end hiring process of roles within the organisation. Responsibilities include: assisting with the talent acquisition and hiring process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews, ensuring a world class candidates experience, creation and documentation of systems and processes of all the recruitment functions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on our applicant tracking system and communicating with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates on the hiring process.
