Qualifications:

  • BA/BS and 5 years' experience in environmental management, public policy, finance, or related fields, or a Master's degree with 3 years.
  • Understanding of statistical, financial, and economic methods applied to policy questions; knowledge of public financing principles preferred.
  • Excellent research, writing, communication, and critical thinking skills; proficiency in Excel and experience with R, Python, or similar software.
