As a Customer Success Associate, you will be reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new customers using playbooks, driving adoption and outcomes, owning renewal motions, identifying upsell/cross-sell signals, managing risk, building relationships and advocacy, gathering structured product feedback, and documenting activities in Salesforce. Occasional onsite visits for training, business reviews, or other key meetings may be required. Virtru believes people do their best work when their wellbeing is put first.
