Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business growth.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
