Wholesale Production Retention Specialist

File Structuring and Retention:

• Perform upfront file structuring to ensure loans are properly positioned for processing and closing.
• Oversee pipeline retention by tracking active files and resolving issues with Sales and Operations.

Review and Exception Processes:

• Review complex loan scenarios including LESA/TISA exceptions, financial assessments, and credit reports.
• Submit underwriting escalations and conduct second-level reviews prior to adverse actions.

Training and Support:

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Underwriting to resolve structuring challenges.
• Host office hours and deliver training sessions for loan officers and coordinators.

Tracking and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of reviews and decisions in the Loan Origination System.
• Ensure compliance and operational transparency through consistent documentation.
