Assistant Processing Manager - Portfolio

Pipeline and Production:

• Actively monitor and manage team pipelines to keep files moving and meet SLAs.
• Reduce turn times between milestones and manage aged and expiring loans.
• Cover pipelines when processors are out and lift production at individual levels.

Team Support and Quality:

• Respond to daily scenario questions and review file submissions for accuracy.
• Complete weekly follow-ups on improvement plans and manage vacation schedules.
• Handle first level customer and retailer complaints and recommend process improvements.

Training Support:

• Partner with management to support an effective training program for portfolio processors.
• Onboard new team members and lead training classes with adult learning techniques.
• Provide weekly evaluations of each team member's progress to management.
