Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development, you’ll be the strategic force behind Phantom’s next phase of expansion and diversifying partners across crypto and traditional fintech. This critical role will act as Phantom’s outward-facing business & partnerships function, establishing and managing strategic partners in service of driving go-to-market execution, distribution, and revenue. You will craft and lead a high-impact business development and ecosystem strategy to drive user growth, monetization, and platform expansion. You will also own deal flow with major crypto players (chains and protocols) and key traditional players (tech and financial cos), landing high-value integrations and co-markets.
