  • Build a sustainable sales motion, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with 12-18 month cycles, and translate technology into measurable ROI.
  • Develop territory plans, prospect independently to educate the market, and collaborate with internal teams for aligned go-to-market execution.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, data, or tech solutions, with proven success selling to utilities or critical infrastructure.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales with multiple decision layers, self-generating pipeline, and maintaining disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences, adept at building trust and connecting mission-driven storytelling to ROI.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Final compensation is determined by job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location.
  • Full-time roles are eligible for stock options in addition to base salary.
