Expansion Project Portfolio:

  • Structure and prioritize the full portfolio of expansion initiatives.
  • Define clear scoping, objectives, KPIs, impact sizing and timelines.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Strategic Projects:

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders (Data, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, local markets).
  • Translate analytical insights into concrete execution plans.
  • Drive structured problem-solving.

Budget & Performance Delivery:

  • Monitor performance across expansion products, price increases, package upsells and other core revenue levers.
  • Monitor key sales funnel and pipeline metrics to ensure we are on track to deliver the budget, identify and escalate delivery risks.
  • Track KPIs and proactively identify gaps to target.
