About the Role:
- Own the Expansion Revenue Engine and build the strategy that turns customer results into measurable revenue growth.
- Lead Tekmetric’s expansion business across the installed customer base, including Tekmetric Marketing adoption.
- Focus on core product tier upgrades, add-on products, future cross sell products, and expansion opportunities tied to customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product and Marketing to drive product discovery and adoption.
- Collaborate on initiatives that increase product attach rate, customer lifetime value, and adoption of new products.
- Serve as the GTM leader responsible for aligning expansion revenue across Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of SaaS revenue leadership experience with 5+ years leading expansion, growth, or account management teams.
- Builder mentality with the ability to create and scale systems.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using signals, attribution, and performance insights to drive decisions.
