Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers. You will work with both our internal teams as well as clients to provide βvoice of customer feedbackβ to internal DLOCAL teams. Responsibilities include developing effective long-term key customer relationships and collaborating with customers to better understand their goals and ambitions. This involves prioritizing the discovery of customer strategic needs, initiatives, and deployment opportunities to develop and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts with identified milestones and goals. The ideal candidate would be responsible for developing Customer Success methodologies and owning team initiatives that improve productivity, plus they'd interact and work together with the different areas of the company.
