Role Expectations:
- You own the merchant-side product vision, KPIs, and roadmap for the marketplace.
- You lead a team of 3–5 PMs, setting standards for discovery, metrics, and shipping velocity.
- You partner with Engineering Managers and represent merchant product to senior stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes, plus 2+ years leading PMs.
- Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B merchant-facing products.
- Fluency in product analytics and practical AI tools, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
