Your responsibilities:
- Convert inbound phone and online inquiries into sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best product solutions.
- Support customers post-order and coordinate with production teams.
What you need to succeed:
- Fluency in German (C1+) and good English (C1+).
- Experience in active sales, preferably B2C.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
