Payroll Business Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supports 3-5 medium to large projects and workstreams, from planning through execution and delivery
• Provide weekly updates in the required format, including reporting risks, issues, dependencies, and items requiring senior leadership action
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by running syncs, workshops, and status updates across payroll and cross-functional teams

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects and workstreams independently
