As a dynamic and detail-oriented leader, you’ll oversee a team of Global Payroll Leads responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of new client payrolls across multiple countries.
You’ll provide strategic direction, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure payroll implementations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor progress against KPIs and SLAs, identifying risks early and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure that implementation documentation, SOPs, and audit trails are accurate, complete, and easily accessible to operational teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, automation, and system integrations.

About the ideal candidate:

Extensive experience managing global or regional payroll implementations in a complex, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills; capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
